Management does not want to meet certain conditions in the collective labour agreement, causing the talks to stall. In response to the stalled negotiations, the union has sent a letter to its members, and a General Members\u2019 Meeting will be held on Monday. At this meeting, the members will determine the next steps.<\/p>\n<p>Herkul further stated that the members are still entitled to one month of the bridging allowance. He could not clearly indicate when this allowance would be paid. However, the union chairman said that the ministry is working to make the payment as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>The bridging allowance for nurses had been agreed upon until the end of June 2026 and was paid up to that date. Since the new salary scale has not yet been introduced, the sector is in a transitional phase, meaning that nurses have not received a <a href=\"https:\/\/keynews.sr\/rgd-personeel-wacht-nog-op-overbruggingstoelage-januari-en-februari\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bridging allowance<\/a> for several months.<\/p>\n<p>The salary scale has not yet been introduced, so the ministry will continue paying this allowance.
