Upon entering, she heard her mother groaning, presumably in pain.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, the daughter saw that a face mask had been placed over her mother\u2019s mouth. One of the caregivers allegedly hurriedly removed the face mask. The daughter then discovered that there was also a rolled-up cloth in her mother\u2019s mouth.<\/p>\n<p>When she asked the caregiver for an explanation, she was told that her mother had suffered a shoulder fracture several days earlier. The woman had allegedly been constantly screaming because of the pain.<\/p>\n<p>The daughter found the situation suspicious and filed a report with Kwatta police. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of caregivers O.J., 25, and R.C., 27.<\/p>\n<p>Both suspects have been remanded in custody.
