Following an investigation, R.K. emerged as a suspect.<\/p>\n<p>Acting on information from the complainant, police traced him to an address on the Hiraweg. According to police, R.K. stated that he had taken the phone from the mechanic&#8217;s shop and subsequently sold the device for an amount in Surinamese dollars to a phone shop on the Kwattaweg.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was arrested and brought before the Santodorp police station.
