That is the appeal made by the Minister of Education, Science and Culture on the eve of the new 2026-2027 school year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"dropcap \" style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #000000; border-color: #ffffff;\">A<\/span>ccording to the minister, modern technology has become indispensable in society and education. Artificial intelligence, digital learning tools and modern means of communication offer major opportunities to improve education and support students\u2019 personal development, he said.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, he warned of the risks of irresponsible use.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe same technology can also have negative consequences when it is used irresponsibly,\u201d the minister stated.<\/p>\n<p>He therefore calls on schools, parents and students to use technology primarily as a tool to increase knowledge, stimulate creativity and further develop talents.<\/p>\n<p>The minister also pointed to the intensive use of social media and mobile phones among young people. According to him, prolonged screen time and constant digital stimuli can affect children\u2019s well-being.<\/p>\n<p>The minister therefore believes that technological development within education must go hand in hand with responsible use. The rise of artificial intelligence makes it all the more important, he said, for students to learn how digital tools can be used consciously and meaningfully.<\/p>\n<p>For the 2026-2027 school year, accessible education remains one of the ministry\u2019s central principles.
