Two written-off vehicles and a trailer were completely destroyed by fire.<\/p>\n<p>Police received the report of the fire at around 2.25 p.m. Upon arrival, the fire had already spread to the rear of the premises. The company premises include a plastics processing factory and a poultry farm.<\/p>\n<p>Workers, with the help of local residents and police, managed to extinguish the fire. The fire brigade had been alerted through the dispatch centre, but according to the information received, fire engines were deployed elsewhere at the time for firefighting operations.<\/p>\n<p>Police from Houttuin station are investigating the cause of the fire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A grass fire in Wanica completely destroyed two vehicles and a trailer at business premises.
