Ten participants received their certificates on Tuesday, October 13, after completing the Mental Resilience training of the Stichting Productieve Werk Eenheden (SPWE). The training focused on dealing with stress, emotions and challenges in daily life and in the workplace.
The programme was intended, among others, for small entrepreneurs. During five three-hour training days, participants gained insight into the relationship between stress, emotions and behaviour. They also practised skills to deal with pressure and tension.
The programme also covered strengthening self-confidence and emotional stability, improving communication and setting personal boundaries. Participants learned how to deal with difficult situations in a healthy manner.
SPWE director Etienne Etman stressed the importance of practical application during the certificate presentation. He expressed hope that the participants would use the knowledge and skills gained in their personal lives and work environments.
Through the programme, SPWE aims to strengthen participants’ personal resilience so that they can better cope with tensions and challenges.
