734152359 122331701192011040 6866568757122931023 n Santodorp police arrested a second suspect in connection with the sharing of an intimate video of businessman ‘Rosco’ and seized phones to investigate further involvement in the case.

Santodorp police on Sunday, 25 October 2026, arrested a second suspect in the investigation into the distribution of an intimate video of Surinamese entrepreneur C.S., better known as ‘Rosco’. The woman, J.F., is suspected of having been involved in the further distribution of the footage.

During J.F.’s arrest, the Digital Investigation Department seized two mobile phones. The devices are being examined to determine what role the suspect may have played in distributing the video.

Following her arrest, J.F. was brought before an assistant public prosecutor. In consultation with the Public Prosecution Service (OM), she was subsequently remanded in custody.

Woman previously arrested

The arrest follows that of female suspect N.F., who was apprehended at her home on Utopiaweg on Saturday, 24 October.

The investigation began after entrepreneur C.S. filed a report on Wednesday, 21 October, over the distribution of intimate images of himself and his 26-year-old girlfriend. According to his statement, he had presumably sent the video to N.F. via Snapchat by mistake.

The footage was subsequently further distributed through social media and WhatsApp, after which those involved were confronted with negative reactions and insulting messages.

Police are investigating whether more people were involved in the distribution of the images. The investigation is continuing.
